Overview
SellCRE.ai is an AI-powered marketing material creation platform built for commercial real estate professionals — owners, brokers, and agents who need to produce professional-grade materials without hiring an agency. The platform automates the creation of Offering Memorandums, flyers, reels, and attraction maps, while also supporting underwriting calculations — all in one place. Built by Gorin Systems using an AI-first development approach, the entire platform was delivered for ~$10K, where a traditional agency quote would have been $150–200K+.
Challenges
Commercial real estate professionals needed a way to create Offering Memorandums faster, perform underwriting calculations, and generate marketing materials — all without relying on expensive agencies or enterprise tools. Independent brokers and owners were spending hours assembling materials manually with no standardized system, while enterprise alternatives like Buildout charged $474/month — out of reach for most independents.
The platform needed to:
- Automate OM generation, flyers, reels, and attraction maps in a single platform
